Strategy

All our strategy work is founded on applying the evidence developed through our research and evaluation. We only undertake strategy work focused on the areas of education where we have deep technical expertise. Our real-world experience means we understand what works and why and can help programmes navigate complex challenges and opportunities. We work closely with senior stakeholders to help them implement effective change processes.

Within this stream of work we conduct organisational reviews, provide mentoring for decision makers, and shape the design and implementation of education programmes.

Jigsaw has recently conducted strategy engagements for the European Commission, Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development, PwC, Avanti Communications and many others - have a look at our case studies to learn more.

Jigsaw demonstrated real expertise in understanding the complex industry, the key players, and its challenges. The final report and internal stakeholder workshop were delivered to the highest standard and we are very pleased with the result (British Council).
