We build evidence to advance holistic learning in education contexts affected by emergencies and protracted crises.
By conducting rigorous and practical research, we identify and promote effective approaches to ensure learning continuity in crisis situations. We particularly focus on context-specific approaches to equipping teachers and improving and tracking holistic learning outcomes.
We collaborate with local communities, governments, the Global Education Cluster, INEE, GPE, and leading implementing organisations.. We also co-lead Global Evidence for Refugee Education (GERE), an applied research initiative alongside our partners UNHCR and Refugee Education UK, to position refugees at the centre of evidence-building and decision-making about their own education.
